The NATPAC 1947 was created by Black real estate professionals, many of them known as Realtists ®, to further a vision of becoming a major policy source for federal, state and local officials in the area of real estate and economic development within communities of color through the United States. NATPAC 1947 does this by helping to elect and reelect federal, state and local candidates, who support fair and equitable home ownership and economic development legislation which affect communities of color.
